I’m a wheelchair user and this property is very accessible. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the onsite facilities are great, very clean and also all accessible. The indoor pool has accessible equipment to get into the pool and is open until late. My room was fantastic, plenty of space, super accessible bathroom, good coffee machine in the room and the bedroom door even opened automatically when you swipe the key card (for accessibility). The onsite food options are very good, the breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of options, the staff will take your order at the table or let you get your own. The room service options are also very good and I ordered food in from Ubereats often and this worked well due to the location too. The hotel is situated very close to a train station making it very easy to get around the city.

Staff friendly and helped as our room 617 had a heavy knob that came off the shaft in the shower and almost hurt my foot. They removed the parking fee as a good gesture. And promised to have it fixed.

Staff did a great job - front desk answered questions & helped us use public transport, room service & housekeeping very good, and the room service menu was excellent. Room was well-equipped with refrigerator, microwave, excellent shower. Very convenient to the O-train. Overall experience felt like extremely good value for the cost.

Loved, loved, loved the size of the room. The onsite restaurant had a wonderful buffet with everything you would want with additional items ordered from a menu. I had the hash and it was more delicious than I expected. Great place to stay. Very close to Parliament Hill and there a many small restaurants and shopping opportunities around the location.

Staff are great, clean, easy to get too, within walking distance of the Parliament, buildings and byward market, where we walked to have dinner. I went down to the breakfast area and had coffee early in the morning while waiting for my friends. Sat and sketched and thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone coming and going. Lots of families and people on business all of which looked very happy and seem to be enjoying their stay .

Great location, friendly staff, right at downtown. Bed was comfy. The view at the river view room was good. Easily accessible. Close to O train station and the bus stop. Walkable distance to many places. Spent a weekend there and I was happy with the experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Very central for all Site seeing Hotel & room immaculate. Parking at which as helpful but you have to e to pay for that on top. Ate in restaurant both nights food was lovely, & both waitresses very attentive both evening. All staff friendly helpful at all times. Perfect stay!

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.

I booked a deluxe room for my family, It was very good in very good location, clean, big and comfortable but tv wasn’t smart, beds and mattress could be better, breakfast was good and could be very good if fruits was sliced. staff were nice.

I liked the location, very quiet area during the weekend. The pool was really nice and very warm. The room had an amazing view. The staff was nice and helpful.
